Goat Locker is an iPhone app for United States Navy Chief Petty Officers. Members can find other Chiefs by command, UIC or location, message each other without trading personal phone numbers, keep up with NAVADMINs and ALNAVs, and see the coins, shirts and other swag that Messes around the fleet have for sale.
